Refund Policy

If you're unhappy with Case Parallels or would like to get in touch for any reason, please contact us.

Case Status

Case Status services are paid in advance based on the number of cases being tracked.

For example, under these circumstances we would grant refunds for case statuses:

If you paid for a case status but did not receive a timely response due to a technical error on our part, we'd refund that charge.
If you paid for a bulk case status but changed your mind and didn't use your allotted tokens, we'd refund that order.

Case Tracking

Case Tracking services are paid monthly for each case being tracked. Any recurring charge for a case may be cancelled at any time to avoid future charges.

For example, under these circumstances we would grant refunds for case tracking:

If you were charged for your next month of tracking but you meant to cancel, we'd refund that month's charge.
